Cancellation Policy

Full payment refunded with cancellation notice two weeks or more prior to stay. If less than two weeks notice, refund will be issued in the event that the room is re-rented.

Springdale Farm is a non - smoking Inn. If you feel the need to smoke it is allowed only on the outside porch. Any smoking inside the Inn will result in a cleaning & dry cleaning fee to the guest.

Pet Policy

We do allow well behaved pets under 30 pounds of weight. Ask for our guide lines when booking.
